1. Booking & Fees:
1.1  If you are book and receive your Invoice, we will ask you for a percentage as a down payment, for your booking confirmation.
1.2 This fee, is a part of your vacation payment and get deducted from your bill.
1.3 The fee can variegate between 30 to 50 % depending on the season and booking time.
1.4 In case of a cancellation the reservation fee ( down payment ) is not refundable.
1.5 In case you don't like it here because it is too boring, to rustic or anything like that, we will build cabins in the nearest future
but for now we can't refund your payment because you feel bored, please understand that.
If you find another person who wants to fill in for you, or we can book the Tipi otherwise, we will refund you your money

2. Transportation & Tours:
2.1 For guests who stay a week or book full board with program, we offer a free pick-up
from the Regional Airport of Rapid City. The pick-up days are Monday and Friday, every week. Guests who book overnight only are excluded from this service. ( We offer Airport pick-up for a separate fee, for this package )
2.2 Tours and tour dates are subject to change, depending on weather conditions, local road conditions and dates of events.
2.3 Weekly tours or several day tours are simple and depending on the location we stay overnight.
The convenience will be a sleeping bag and a tent, so again no air condition or tv.

3. On the Camp
3.1 Four Winds Ranch has the right to cancel a contract if these rules have been violated.
3.2 On Violation of the Rules, there will be no refund.
3.3 All the equipment, Tipis, Animals, trees, plants are owned by Four Winds Ranch, Inc.
and protected by the laws and regulations of Four Winds Ranch, Inc.
Destruction, cutting or destroying of any above will be subject to further legal acts.

4. Weather
4.1 Weather can be always a drawback of your camping, Four Winds Ranch, Inc. is not responsible for the weather, 
since we can't change that ( not yet anyway, we work on that )
We will help you in anyway to make you comfortable, so please talk to us, since we are nice people and you can talk about everything to us.

5. Camping ( Tipi )
We offer a Tipi Overnight, a Tipi has no air condition neither a TV so if you need this you should better book a motel room.
These are real Tipis with a fireplace and camping beds.
There can be animals around the camp, we have dogs and cats as well as horses and all kinds of other animals, so if there are bugs
or beetles.....thats normal and it's called nature.
Don't worry no bears or rattlesnakes are sighted, yet.

6. This is a drug free and alcohol free zone 
In respect for this sacred land and our American Indian friends we ask you to not drink your beer, or smoke your stuff
we provide plenty of coffee and juice for all the talks and discussions on the campfire ;-)

This is the real thing and we will provide you with any information you might need to have it comfortable and can enjoy your stay.
What we offer here is a culture exchange program in a sense of ECO tourism, with several of our American Indian friends, these are great people and we know them for many years, so please have respect. We visit people in their homes and this is not a museum.
